1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("Customer", "you") and Swift Secure Self Storage Containers Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our self-storage container services and facilities.

2. Rental Period & Payments

Our container rentals operate on a rolling monthly basis with no minimum term.

• Rent is payable in advance on a calendar monthly basis.
• Payments must be made on time to ensure continued access to your container.
• Failure to pay rent may result in denied access to the site and the potential seizure of goods to recover outstanding debts.

3. Use of the Container

You warrant that the goods you are storing belong to you, or you have the legal right to store them. You must not store any of the following items in our containers:

• Toxic, hazardous, or flammable materials (e.g. gas cylinders, paint thinner, explosives).
• Illegal substances or stolen goods.
• Perishable goods, living creatures, or plants.
• Firearms, ammunition, or weapons of any kind.

4. Access Hours & Security

Customers are permitted access to their designated container between the hours of 09:00 and 21:00, Monday through Sunday. Access outside of these hours is strictly prohibited unless prior written agreement has been provided.

You must ensure your container is properly locked with a suitable padlock before leaving the premises. We are not responsible for unlocked containers.

5. Insurance & Liability

We do not insure the contents of your container. It is your sole responsibility to arrange adequate insurance coverage for your goods against all normal perils (fire, theft, flood, etc.) for their full replacement value. Swift Secure Self Storage Containers Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of goods stored within the containers or on our premises.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the rental agreement by providing 14 days' written notice. The container must be left completely empty, clean, and unlocked upon your departure. Failure to clear out your container may result in disposal fees being charged to you.
